VIDEO PREMIERE: Macksi - Keep On Lying
Off the back of his single 'Keep On Lying' is Macksi's debut music video. Co-Directed by James Robinson and himself.
The video plays into the feelings of static moments between two people. The feeling of being static and on hold.
The film clip was shot entirely on 35mm film from 12 perspectives in a 360 degree field of view. Showing different scenes portraying feelings.
Overlaid and cut in is footage shot on 8mm cassette tape, representing slow movement, touch and connection.
The project spent 8 months in editing. Developing scanning and cutting. A long but rewarding process.
Macksi's new single 'Your Love' will be released on the 10th of July with EP coming August.
