Time to get excited Hills folk! SET TIMES are in, it’s almost December and we’re on the home straight to your favourite annual 48 hours of freedom!
Plus we’re very excited to announce two new awesome additions to the 2017 lineup, influential Melbourne DJ Kodiak Kid and awesome emerging singer-songwriter Janie (Jay) Gordon.
Known for his fearless blending of myriad genres, Melbourne underground bass scene trailblazer Kodiak Kid continues to push new boundaries with each set, crafting an immersive experience that is shared by both the artist and audience. One of the countries finest DJ’s he’s performed at Splendour in the Grass, Rainbow Serpent Festival and Burning Man to name a few and you can catch him at NYE On The Hill!
19-year-old folk artist Janie (Jay) Gordon from South Gippsland, Victoria has been playing shows around Melbourne for past few years, sharing the stage with The Pierce Brothers, Thelma Plumb and Remi alongside her solo gigs. You might have caught her set at NYE on the Hill back in 2015. She recently won the Just Guitars Open Stage Competition at Port Fairy Folk Festival and is heading back to NYE on the Hill this year with a bunch of new songs from her forthcoming album.
