SLUMBERJACK RELEASE NEW SINGLE 'AFRAID, UNAFRAID'

Ahead of their Groovin The Moo and Splendour in the Grass slots, and forthcoming national headline tour, of which the Metro Theatre in Sydney sold out almost 2 months in advance, West Australian wizards SLUMBERJACK today drop their newest offering, 'Afraid, Unafraid'The second cut from their sophomore EP, Fracture (released 13 April) features rising WA talent and WAM Nominee for Song of the Year, Sydnee Carter , who will sit alongside EP featured vocalists in-demand songstress Vera Blue and KLP.

With lilting vocals and soaring beats mixed with a cacophony of sounds, ‘Afraid Unafraid’ follows on from the EP’s title track  'Fractureft. Vera Blue which sits at almost 2 million streams and currently one of the ten most played tracks on triple j this year. 

2016 was a breakout year for SLUMBERJACK with the release of singles 'Open Fire' ft. Daniel Johns and 'RA' which peaked at #3 on the iTunes Electronic Chart, a national festival run including Splendour in the Grass, FOMO, Southbound, Beyond the Valley, and Mountain Sounds Festival, as well as Lollapalooza, Electric Forest and HARD Summer in the US, and a Guest Mix for Diplo & Friends

 

Performing at Groovin the Moo next month, with their biggest ticketed headline tour to date ahead, and a spot on the Splendour in the Grass line up for the third year in a row, SLUMBERJACK continues to prove the duo as a force to be reckoned with.
